- Initiation to biathlon and to biathlon equipment

- 10 meters shooting in proning position and in standing position with a riffle.

- 50 meters shooting, like a champion

Snowshoeing and relaxation

A way to get back in good health, combining immersion in the wilderness with snowshoeing.

A way to get back into oneself body and mind through a variety of practical and accessible activities for everybody.

Back from hiking and charged with great energy, you recover from your efforts in room with massage, stretching to relax the body, the feeling of wellbeing you win.

Then, during yoga, body and spirit come undone, then you begin to let go and ... harmony settles in you.

Program:

Muscle toning, stretching, massage, aquagym, yoga sessions alternating with snowshoeing half day or full day.

Program: Technical Session with videovisualization and correction, half-day excursion long distance, one-day excursion to discover Aravis, waxing and ski preparation, stretching, aqua gym and sauna... and more.

Program:

Sunday: Discovery of skiing.

Monday: Morning: Discover the valley by snowshoeing. Afternoon: Nordic slide in front of the Auberge Nordique.

Tuesday: Snowshoeing during the all day in the heart of alpine landscapes.

Wednesday: Morning: Village market visit and Heritage House. Afternoon: Cross-country skiing and biathlon.

Thursday: Cross-country skiing or snowshoeing during the all day.

Friday: Morning: Snowshoeing to see some ibex. Afternoon: downhill skiing in the Vallée du Bouchet.
